Looking through the websites I did not find many minority opinions in the comments. I bet there are some I have seen them on other websites so I'm sure they are there I just do not have that much time. What I did see a lot of was social facilitation (lofing), groupthink, and group polarization. Most the comments I looked at on the articles eventually had to do with political issues. Once someone brought up a political issue many people seemed to jump in and had to say their opinion. This shows grouplink somewhat becasue once the political issue is there everyone will switch to that and no one will talk about the actual article anymore. Often times fights will start from these comments and that is when the social facilitation or lofing comes out. Once someone from one of the sides makes a good comment everyone on their side will be like yeah. They all back up that person like thats what they were thinking too. With the group polarization the more you sit and do comments the more hardcore you will get on the issue you are talking about.

We are toward the end of the suffering! Only one more chapter of the book. With this free response this week I am starting to feel really good about the AP test comming up in May. I have no doubt that I will be able to get at least a 3 if not a 4 on the test. We just got this new project today. I don't really know what to think about it. I mean it is another project which is never fun but I think the project will actually be kind of interesting. We get to be creative and have some fun with this one so at least that's good. I can't wait until we are done with this book! So that is all for this week stay tuned for more next week.

The AP test will be upon us before we know it. The question is are we ready. I believe I will be ready but I don't feel ready right now. I get the overall concepts but I need to focus more on the more specific things and the names. I only have one more chapter to read in the book so that's good. Once I finish that I just have to spend more time studying all the previous chapters. I should have about three weeks to do some hardcore studying for the test. I believe I will be prepared come test time.

This week was almost like the first week of school again. After the break I needed to get used to school again. During the break I read chapter 13 about personality. I found it to be a lot of common sense. The only part I had a little trouble on was the whole ego, superego, and id. After we watched that educational...... video in class I really understood the differences between them but at a cost. We will never know what he was doing in the basement with his sister. I am finally starting to feel confident about this AP test coming up. The free response we did this this week went pretty good for me. I'm looking forward to being done with the book, only 3 more chapters!! Well that's it for this week not a whole lot happened maybe next week will be better.

So with my Sugru I decided to build steps for my two pet birds. We have a tree for them as you can see in the picture and there are no branches in the middle of the tree. If we put the birds on the top branches they have to stay there and same for the bottom. There are two small branches in the middle but it was not enough for them to go from top to bottom or vise versa. With the Sugru I built the two steps so they can get from bottom to top. I am in the process of training them right now and I am very confident it will work.... eventually.... birds are not that smart. When we first got this assignment I experienced fixation because I could not think of what to do and I was having problems thinking in a new perspective. After looking at the examples on that website of what other people used it for I experienced functional fixedness becasue all I could think of was the things they did. Finally I got home and my creative side came out and I went to put my birds on the tree when I realized I could use the Sugru on the tree. I really hope this works out because that would make those birds lives a lot more interesting than they already are.....

For our free day to study anything we wanted I decided to look up psychopathic killers. From what I have seen and learned there are a few things that most of them share in common. Most psychopathic killers, that a man studied, have damage to their occipital cortex and interior part of the temperal lobe. MAOA gene is linked to violence and agression and is sex linked. It comes from the X chromosome which we get from our mothers. This is why men are more common to become killers becasue women get X chromosomes from both parents  so they more even out. Men just get one X chromosome from their mother so there is a greater chance of getting a big dose of MAOA. So yes if you are a psychopathic killer you can blame your mom for that. Another thing they all had in common was they experienced some kind of tramatic event before age ten. Now this would not be something like spanking or getting in big trouble for something they did. it would be something more like sexual abuse, seeing intense aggression, or some kind of murder. This goes with the mimicking of children and they are more likely to do what they see. Now not all psychopaths are killers like we tend to link them. Being a psychopath is just simply having no or little conscience and empathy. They are also very smart and charming but fearless. These are the things that make them very good killers. Now the reasons listed above are what triggers them to become killers becasue like I said they are all not killers.

Jen and Sarah's video made my top three. Now their video was not the most exciting of them but I think it had some good information in it. The video covered all the requirements that we neded to have and they had a lot of information about each place in Ashwaubenon that was in their video.

Dave, Isaiah, Nick, and Cooper's video make my top three also. First off it has Dave Dave in it and Coppers amazing announcer voice. I enjoyed this video and the bloopers were fun to watch. They also covered all the parts of the assignment and had good informaton for each place. I liked the hotel to relax and get away from your busy life.

The last video to make my top three was Mitch, Tanner, and Logan's video. It had good editing and was not super boring. They again coved the different parts of the assignment and had a lot of information on the different places in Ashwaubenon.
