So this week we are making our own public service announcements. Public servce announcements are very important in the times we live in because there are so many new things being invented and things being bought. With all this when something goes wrong they need to get the word out to people fast. Also with all the people on this planet now it would be too hard to contact each person individually if something went wrong with what they bought. Also people are very unaware of everything that is going on in this world. It is very easy to make a public service announcement to let everyone know fast. People will also help support causes like hunger or poverty if they know more about it and how common it is in some places.

Haha nice vid. I agree on the point about PSAs being good ways to get large amounts of info to the public quickly and effectively. Espeacially in today's world. Almost everyon has access to the internet and so if someone can post a PSA, then most likely people will see it. I think they can also be good ways to convey new ideas, but still remain in a safe enviroment.

These are a bunch of great reasons to make a PSA video, and I think a lot of the times the people who are making them are just trying to have fun with it while being informative, so its a double win! I agree that its really useful that through these videos we are able to share a lot of information quickly, which is great for people who are trying to figure out where to move to for example. Why risk going to a bad neighborhood when you can insure you will like that neighborhood by simply watching a video about the place!
